The hotel demonstrated meticulous maintenance and cleanliness. A comforting sight indeed. I found its modern design, convenient location, and the spa and pool on the top floor particularly enchanting. This marked our second stay this year, the first for my husband's birthday, the second for my daughter's high school graduation. Both times, the hotel's ambiance felt magical. They provided shuttle services to Chinatown at no cost, and eight tokens were given for a foot massage.
I noticed the gym's weights equipment seemed quite average, even though it looked new. A minor letdown in an otherwise perfect setting.

my room was clean. it had good water pressure plus a bidet. the view was excellent, especially in the evening. this gave a sense of calm even when in the city center. breakfast was good. it had a wide selection of food both western and asian. it was presented well even during busy hours.
the entrance process could be faster. i arrived early and had to wait until my room was ready. sitting in the lobby for some hours after days of traveling was not good.

the staff was very friendly. they checked me in quickly and brought my luggage up. the daily service was smooth and genuinely welcoming. everyone was helpful and always available.
